Aguachile is a traditional Mexican dish made of shrimp, flooded in chile and lime juice, salt, slices of onion, and cut cucumber. It's perfect for a hot summer day and to share it with friends! It is easy and ready in an hour. Plus, the lime does most of the cooking!
